Exchanges for other styles or sizes are permitted within 30 days of purchase. After you have processed your Exchange, and as soon as the return parcel is scanned at a UPS facility, you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your online credit. All items sent back must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags. Don't forget, our Fit Experts are also here to help!

With the number of limited-edition drops we do (and how fast we sell out of sizes and colors), we offer instant exchanges to get your items even faster. It's a great option to get your replacement right away to avoid your new size selling out! When using instant exchanging, you have the option to enter your credit card details and hold $1 to have the new item shipped out to you before you ship the item back to us. We will ship your new items straight away; you just need to pop the return items in the mail within 14 days— otherwise you will be charged for the extra items. We ask for the credit card details as a security measure, and you will only be charged if you do not return your items within 14 days of initiating the return.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 30-day grace period; (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) are damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

Returns are subject to a return label fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sale items are final sale and only eligible for exchange. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No refunds, no exceptions.

Vitamin A is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control, such as weather. Vitamin A does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at a UPS facility. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Vitamin A’s sole discretion.
