We have a 30-day return policy.  All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 30-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) wash; (5) or damaged in any way.  All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.

All international sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns are accepted on international orders

Returns are subject to a flat return label fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If you decide to place a new order within the next 12 hours, the $7.99 fee will be waived (make sure to use the same email address)!

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

Sale items are ALL FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be processed up to 10 days after receipt at our warehouse and will be issued in the same form as the initial payment.  We are unable to accept a return COD.
The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Vitamin A is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Vitamin A does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Vitamin A’s sole discretion.
