To ensure your bag stays in great condition, please avoid water and prolonged sun exposure. Spot clean the raffia using a soft cloth.
Raffia is a natural fiber, and overtime, edges may come loose causing strands to poke out and look a little “messy”. Use a pair of scissors to carefully snip off any fly away strands.
