All international sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns are accepted on international orders.
We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 30-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) wash; (5) or damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are subject to a flat return label fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If you decide to place a new order within the next 12 hours, the $7.99 fee will be waived (make sure to use the same email address)!
Due to safety and cleaning procedures, we may experience delays in processing returns. Once received, processing time for credits on returns may take up to 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been fully processed. We are unable to accept a return COD.
How can I exchange my order?
As we do not have an exchange program, you are more than welcome to make a return and place a new order for your desired item(s). Return label flat fee of $7.99 will be waived if you place a new order within 12 hours of your return.

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Vitamin A is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Vitamin A does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Vitamin A’s sole discretion.
